Yep, it will work, although personally Id take the little extra time and find the atom based system.
Neither are speed demons, but given they'll both be underpowered for some things the atom (at about 2x the speed, and not just the cpu) will be a better experience for more things.

I agree with beezle that the linked model is unlikely to be well supported.

I'd hazard a guess that it wouldn't.
I've not actually seen that model myself, but it appears to be branded "eeebook" as opposed to "eeepc".

Don't quote me on it, but I also think that model has PVR graphics as well, as opposed to the Intel graphics which are supported by AROS.
The eeepc 900a is the model I used to have, which was a nice little AROS box. There's a 900 model too, which works with AROS, but has an older celeron CPU.
There's plenty of other eeepcs supported, but if you go that route look for models with an atom n270. Systems with that CPU tend to have a chip set that works with AROS. Its the same CPU that is in the aforementioned aspireone as well if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you.

Welcome aboard.

An alternative to the aspire one is an atom based asus eeepc.

It also has all hardware supported from sound to WiFi, 2d and 3d graphics.
It also has the advantage over the aspire one that you can boot directly via an sdcard.

Either should be fine though. I just thought I'd mention the option.
