The problem with the AHI mode is also explained in the error log: AHI does only support audio output (playback) with optional input (recording), but not recording without an playback mode of the same type. It looks like your devices does only support recording and no playback.

While you can indeed switch this device into a recording only mode, this was not the case. I checked again, it was set to a 16 bit 48 kHz in/out mode and it does not appear in AHI.

The problem with the AHI mode is also explained in the error log: AHI does only support audio output (playback) with optional input (recording), but not recording without an playback mode of the same type. It looks like your devices does only support recording and no playback. That's why there's no AHI mode generated.

I'd say yes. So you better get that audio app up and running.

Tested some stuff so far. Apart from what already has been said here before, I have test results from my Sony Ericsson C902.

Well this actually really looks good so far. Both the internal memory and the memory stick in the device are recognized and trident claims they are mounted. Unfortunately I cannot access them.

I tried "media transfer mode":
9:16 Nachm.|  0-hub.class: New device 'C902' at port 2. Very nice.
9:16 Nachm.|  0-ptp.class: Hold still for images from for 'C902'!
9:16 Nachm.|  0-ptp.class: Model 'C902' by 'Sony Ericsson'.
9:16 Nachm.|  0-ptp.class: Camera Version '1.20', Serial '00000000000000000xxxxxx'.

the "info" command freezes the machine.

"telephone mode":
9:09 Nachm.|  0-hub.class: New device 'Sony Ericsson C902' at port 2. Very nice.
9:09 Nachm.| 10-PoPo: Could not load soundfile 'SYS:Prefs/Presets/Poseidon/Connect.iff'.
9:09 Nachm.|  0-cdcacm.class: Using data interface 2.

:09 Nachm.|  0-cdcacm.class: Mode(m) mess 'Sony Ericsson C902' at usbmodem.device unit 0!
9:09 Nachm.|  0-cdcacm.class: Using data interface 4.

:09 Nachm.|  0-cdcacm.class: Mode(m) mess 'Sony Ericsson C902' at usbmodem.device unit 1!
9:09 Nachm.|  0-cdcacm.class: Using data interface 6.
9
:09 Nachm.|  0-cdcacm.class: OBject EXchange (OBEX) 'Sony Ericsson C902' at usbmodem.device unit 2!
9:09 Nachm.|  0-ptp.class: Hold still for images from for 'Sony Ericsson C902'!
9:09 Nachm.|  0-ptp.class: Model 'C902' by 'Sony Ericsson'.
9:09 Nachm.|  0-ptp.class: Camera Version '1.20', Serial '00000000000000000xxxx'.

Again, freezes when running "info".

I just live updated Icaros, reboot the computer, changed anything on BIOS( usb2 and usb enabled, usb legacy disabled)... BUT everything works now !!!

peripherals !

My classy white 1000dpi mouse : OK
my keyboard : OK
wingman joypad : OK
my USB MIDI controller (kontrol DJ pro) : OK (now someone HAS to create a driver and dj-live music software for it ;) )
camera : OK

massstorage :

2.0 card reader : OK
USB 2.0 stick : OK

Well, everything is recognized, on internal port and rear port of the computer.

For USB stick, automount is working. When I plug it, and then, boot the computer, a floppy disk icon appears when workbench appears.

If I unplug it, the icon disapears. IF I plug it again, the automount works, but now the icon is an harddrive (like aros and work icon). Little issue : the icon appears 2 times (= I can see 2 icons on the workbench screen). If I unplug it, and plug it again, 3 icons appears, unplug and plug again, 4icons, etc, etc...

For usb stick speed : in trident it 's named "usb flash memory", with "speed: high".

For transfering from USB stick to work : 640Kbytes/s
transfering from work to USB stick : 16kbytes/s

Last issue : card reader is recognized, but if I plug a SD card for example, nothing is mounted. I guess it's normal ?
