I think i sucefull work on log and transfer, but got permission denied for web view (to check), anyway as soon as the nightly build come back i will setup a new aros max distro.

OK, sent email with info back to CoolCat. Mr. Cat, I have a NForce chipset and I do belive that Aros now has a driver for the sound for that chipset. I would be more than happy to let you know how sound is, provided that I am correct about there being drivers.

as soon as a new nighlty build is avaible i will work on aros-max (not based on the old ones), and i hope it can be downloaded for everyone, and test and feed back me what to change, add or remove, regards!

Ps: i cant test the sound, so if something is allready sound enabled but not working under aros-max, let me know!

I have FTP running, but since I have only 64k, and I download Torrents 24/7, it's not of much use, I am afraid. The torrent is really the way to go! Believe me - I use ML-Donkey (with emule, kazaa, DC...), ftp and torrent. Nothing can match torrent. I can give you one example:

As stated above I have 64k Internet connection, but sometimes I download 1,5G movie in 4 hours. How? Well - easy. Because my provider is quite big, and there are other people in my city downloading torrents, that stay inside my provider LAN/WAN. And I don't have any limit on "local network". When I saw first 1,5G movie downloaded in 4 hours, and I did the math for 64kbps it seemed just impossible...

I personally don't. But, I know someone at work that might. I will ask him tomarrow.

i am waiting for a better nightly build to build aros max on...somethings are not building clean as it should, and i hope get some updates of jac builds soon.

but the REAL problem is that torrent file sucks...once you publish it if you want to make one file update inside the iso you will need to upadate the file...so it would be very nice have a webspace, so i can publish it one, and do regullary updates on it, and the file would be allways the latest one (i can put the version inside the iso), and all communitie could test and give feedbacks to imediate changes/fixes.

anyone have a ftp space avaiable? (for http serving)...i just need a user name, the pass, and less then 400mb of web space quota!
