It works now! I rebooted my machine, went online and exit the firewall. Now it does start. I thought it must be the firewall. The times before it still was active. Not showing in the tray but still active. Problem solved! Coder

My firewall is not running. I just click on the download link and then BitTorrent get's started. I hope I can get it to work since I want to see the presentation. Coder

Are you sure you're starting the download correctly? It should just be a matter of opening the .torrent file with BitTorrent. You might be behind a firewall that blocks port 6969 (which the tracker uses).

I was going to recommend NovaTorrent @http://www.novatorrent.com then realised that you might not have a windoze box available but since I went to the trouble of registering I'll say it anyway.
 I gave up on BitTorrent and found NovaTorrent simple. B.

Well nothing happens. It is saying it cannot find anything/hosts. Maybe I should reproduce the error again. I am new to BitTorrent. Only got it for this. Coder

It should be pretty quick (10-20 seconds at the most). If it takes much longer then something is wrong...

I wanted to download the presentation and I installed BitTorrent. Does it take a long time before it finds someone were it can download the presentation from? It still has not started. Coder
