Thanks, again the only reason is that at the moment I have only one PCI slot. I am looking into iMica Desktops with PCI-Express however.

5200 PCI should work pretty much the same as the AGP version. The only negative thing I can think of is that it might not like the on-board intel gfx somehow.

From gallium support level, I have 5200 card and it works, but 6XXX and 7XXX currently have better support. I assume support for 5XXX will be improved in future.

Hi All

Anybody have experience of this type of card working with Gallium. I know it will not be fast but I just want it to work in iMica's so I can have Gallium too now that Audio drivers have freed the slot.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Zotac-Nvidia-Geforce-5200-256MB-PCI-Graphics-Card-used_W0QQitemZ330402155924QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Computing_Computer_Components_Graphics_Video_TV_Cards_TW?hash=item4ced80cd94#ht_500wt_1182

The reason is I want to add to my iMica so it can support Gallium but it only has PCI slot at the moment. PCI-Express slots push board price way to high at present.

Obviously this type of card not the specific model
