Have you tried to add ATA=nodma in grub?
I've had issues with some computers/HD that generated lots of errors with DMA enabled.

From time to time my hdd crash so I have to format it. Would be real nice with some repair tool. I would for sure support a bounty.

Can you tell us the model of the drive and computer in case I or one of the other developers have access to something similar to test?

Yes I clicked "Retry" and the error reappears! On Cancel Aros crashes most of the Time.. I think it has to do with the SSD Drive!

This looks more like an error in ata.device than the filesystem. Did you click "Retry"?

There is an Error on DH0: and on DH1: both on the same Unit.
Well there are still some problems with the file system. As long a one of the files systems is corrupt you will always have a problem accessing the corrupt blocks or files. I wish there where some repair tools because user can fix this only by reformatting the partition.

Icaros Desktop crashes when I copy my AmiKit Folder from a Fat32 Drive or NFS to "Work:"!
