Unfortunately AROS doesn't support VMware's emulated sound chip. That's weird, but normal. I don't know exactly what sound chip is included into Mac Minis, however there is some chance that it may work if AROS is installed natively.
Don't ask me how to do it, however...

I've owned Amigas from an A500 to an AmigaOne-XE, but have never tried AROS before. After reading the news article about the release of VmwAROS 0.5 at AmigaWeb.Net I decided to give it a try on my Mac Mini Core Duo. I was very impressed by how easy the install was, and am enjoying familiarising myself with the features, although as an Amiga user it doesn't take long to get used to :)
Everything seems to work fine, except I have no sound. Should this work, or is there a missing sound driver?
