Uh... I don't think there is a FAT12/16 filesystem, which is REQUIRED to read PC floppies. So mounting PC0: won't do squat.

Amiga OFS/FFS formatted floppies only at the moment. As soon as the FAT filesystem gets done, then you'll be able to read/write PC floppies.

In a shell, type info and you will see wich volumes are mounted. Floppys and CD's should be available after insertion from a shell, but does not yet appear in Wanderer.

Does anyone know how to use floppy disks with either AROS or AROS Max? I tried downloading aros max and it seems to work fine on my system :) (Matrox G400 TV Gfx card, SBLive card <-- the original too!) only thing it wouldn't do is read floppy disks. Are PC disks called "PC0:"? in aros/max? I tried typing MOUNT PC0: in the amigashell (after I stopped typing newcli to get the shell -- long time since I used an amiga) and it just said something like "Error 1" (I forget the exact message now).

BTW The only computer which didn't like aros max is my laptop - but aros max *did* work using the ISO with an emulator called qemu ;) !

Thanks

ljones
