well, the shortcut for mouse is working (i was using shift insted o left-amiga)

i have a grub installed on the hd (somewhere) and i did a copy from cd to the hd .... grub did find my menu.lst but it complains:

error 17 : could not mount the selected driver (or device)...

why he need to mount if it allready acessed the drive for the menu.lst? any hint?

Someone is working on a proper installer right now. The current installer is BAD, with a capital B - A - D. It counts on you having a 6G (approx) drive as drive 0. You run the installer once, reboot, and run it again. Several hours later, you may or may not have a working system. It worked for me, and it has worked for others, but it doesn't work for everyone and is a royal pain in the butt. You may have to wait to get a native install going.

i did try to install native on hd but doesnt work
i have ide.device/hd (pc-mbr)/partition0 (rdb, aros rdb , active)/dh0 (rdb , ffs-intl, bootable, mountable)
i try install script to guess the proper config, but it guess tha last config i had (instead of make a new one)

once it worked (but i didnt look what it did, i just run the install script twice), now i try diferents config, get checksum errors, read/write errors, and sometimes i did install but grub doesnt work (aros hd - and doesnt find the files)

PS: the keys (shortcuts) for mouse pointer control doesnt seem to work (i thought i had saw it working once, maybe under vmware)
