WBRun: Open/launch a workbench object as if its icon were double-clicked

PROG/A          Name of the object to be opened.

ARGS/M          List of parameters (Workbench arguments) to pass to

                the tool/project to be launched.

SHOW/K          Controls whether files and drawers without icons will be

                shown (if a drawer is opened). Possible values are ICONS

                or ALL. [unimplemented]

VIEWBY/K        Viewing mode for a drawer. Possible values are ICON, NAME,

                DATE or SIZE. [unimplemented]

DELAY/K/N       Seconds to wait before opening the object. [unimplemented]

QUIET/S         Do not show requesters if object is unavailable.
